  1. Go to Play Store a/c

  2. At the top right, click your Profile picture.

  3. Click Payments & subscriptions Budget & order history.

  4. For the order you want to return, click Report a problem.

  5. Select the option that describes your situation.

  6. Complete the form and note that you'd like a refund.

  7. Click Submit.
